Application Timeline
Our currently enrolled families are sent their re-enrollment papers at the beginning of February. Their paperwork is due back to us in early March. We will then consider enrollment for new prospective students.
Factors considered for enrollment are as follows:

Children of Welsh Hills School staff

Younger siblings of currently and previously enrolled students

New applicants from the previous year’s Waiting List

New applicants
When reviewing new applicants, consideration is given to the order that the application is received. We also look at prospective students and their families to determine the best fit for our programs.
Our goal is to enroll students who will thrive at Welsh Hills School and whose families will actively participate in our Welsh Hills community.

By the middle of March, new applicants will be notified if there is a space in our program for their child.
If a space is offered, the family of the new applicant will be sent the Enrollment Agreement, which must be returned within one week with the non-refundable $500 deposit.
